How do we do it?
Do I need to send you my check-out schedule for each guest?
No! Once we sync with your calendars, we will see all of your check-out dates. No need to notify us when you need a cleaning between guests.
We see all changes to your calendar in real-time, so if your guest decides to extend their stay we'll re-schedule the cleaning to accommodate their updated check-out date.
How will I know that my listing is guest ready?
Our Quality Control staff has been trained to check the areas that guests commonly complain about, from hairs on floors to dust on furniture, we will check to ensure that everything is to your standard.
Will I have a dedicated cleaner(s)?
All properties are assigned a primary cleaner that will be scheduled for every turnover. As a backup, we will also train a secondary cleaner on your setup in case your primary cleaner is unavailable that day. If you would like to change your dedicated cleaner for any reason, we'll assign you another fully trained and insured cleaner, at any time.
Do you do laundry?
Yes! If you have the appliances onsite, we are happy to launder all linens while we're cleaning.
Why worry about linens and laundry? When you upgrade to TidyHost+ we'll provide you with clean, high-end linens delivered fresh each cleaning.
Do you restock amenities?
Yes! If you have your amenities stocked onsite, we are happy to put out as many items as you require of any variety you provide for your next guest. If any of your amenities are running low, we'll let you know so that you can replenish your storage.

What level of quality are your linens?
We provide 2 different levels of linen quality to ensure that you provide the best possible experience you can create for your guests.
Our luxury linens are even higher quality than most of the 5* hotels provide. They're made of 100% Turkish cotton which provides a luxurious look with the softest feel.
Our premium luxury linens are made of 100% bamboo creating the softest, most comfortable and luxurious linens you can find.
What is included in my linen subscription?
In a standard subscription each queen or king bed will be provided with 2 sheets, 1 duvet cover, 4 pillow cases, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths.
If you or your guest require any additional linens apart from the items listed above, we are happy to provide them for a nominal fee.
What happens if something gets stained?
We get it, stuff happens! If any linen gets stained, we will replace it next turnover with a new one.
What linens are included?
Each bedroom is supplied with sheets to make the bed, up to 4 pillow cases, 1 duvet cover, 2 body towels, 2 wash cloths, and 1 face towel.

Do you stage my property before the shoot?
While we'll help to make sure your property shown in its best light with our expertise, it is best if you have the property prepared before our arrival. We're happy to provide high-end TidyHost+ linens for the photo shoot if you wish to include them.
Can I select what will be photographed?
Yes, you can determine how many shots are to be taken in each individual room. You can also feature your unique stuff such as welcome packages, coffee stations, towels, pool, grill, views etc.
Can I still book these services if I’m not TidyHost client?
Yes, you can purchase our photography and listing enhancement services at any time.
What is included in your photography package?
With our professional photo package, you can get as many photos of your property as you'd like. We also offer optional additions such as highlight photos, videos, 3D Matterport Tours, aerial photos/videos, room measurement pictures and floor plans.
