TidyHost – The Ultimate Airbnb Service

Founded as an automated, short term rental cleaning service in 2016, TidyHost found that all new hosts had a similar problem; they all had to manage their own cleaners. Not only that, but the existing residential cleaning companies that “specialize in Airbnb” didn’t understand the short term rental model, nor did they have the ability to maintain quality while completing multiple turnovers in a short window. Hosts also wanted the ability to scale without having to piecemeal traditional cleaning companies together, or hiring an in-house staff, so we built a structure that can support growing portfolios in a pinch.

Our Approach to Airbnb Cleaning

Tidyhost has branched out to offer the highest quality of Airbnb cleaning services to every property owner, but also to each client that is hosted in their home! Our company has taken the title with pride, of being the new middle man of the Airbnb industry!

The process begins with hiring and training cleaning staff, to “turn over” each property! To get down to the details, each Airbnb that has a “check in” will be put on to the schedule of a cleaner. This cleaner will then have online access, on our easy-to-use application, to the dates, times and details of when a specific property should have guests when they check in and when they check out. This way, our staff is up to speed with all the details involved in each property’s listing.

From there, our staff can enter the home, using a description from the owner, locate all cleaning supplies, and get right to it! They will be alerted of the time that the guests check out of their listing, and also what time the next check in should arrive. Enclosed in the details left by each owner on our software, our staff will be able to enter the home, begin flipping the linens to ensure freshness for the next guests, laundry and deep cleaning methods. They then have access to an array of photos provided by each owner. These photos offer detailed lists explaining what needs to be cleaned, and how! So if you’re a fan of beautiful maple wood dining pieces, or a mahogany desk, you’re in luck! Our cleaners can also see any notes left by the owner, so if your furniture is not “chemical friendly”, we will be made aware and your furniture will stay beautiful and safe.

Our cleaners are trained as “hospitality specialists”, so not only will you find your property to be clean and organized, but our cleaners have also learned a flare for detail. Many of our specialists have worked in hotels and motels previously, so they have training in quality folding techniques used for towels, hotel-style linen folds, and a truly beautiful presentation of the home!

Tidyhost will coordinate every detail for each owner, specifically to the image they want to uphold for their property. We have prided ourselves on organized communication, top of the line training of our hospitality team members, as well as quick turn over rates, and the trust that their home, and items, will be treated with care.
